WILL ALL THE STAINS COME OUT?
We can't promise that all stains and imperfections will be removed,but we will try our best to give you the cleanest vehicle possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRY?
We avoid over-wetting the interior by using new technology like steam cleaning. The interior's dryness level will vary depending on the condition and weather. The worst condition of the fabric surfaces, the more moisture will be introduced. On warm and dry days, the interior will dry faster than cold, overcast, or humid days. Expect roughly 1-2 hours on warm, dry days and longer on cold, overcast, or humid days.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHINE LAST?
The service selected and how the vehicle is maintained will determine how long the shine and paint protectant will last.
HOW LONG IS THE SERVICE?
The service duration will be dependent upon the service selected. For example, some services are 30 minutes; others are all-day or multiple-day projects.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WAX AND POLISH?
Wax is primarily used to help shine and protect a vehicle but won't permanently remove any paint defects. On the other hand, a polish will permanently remove paint defects from the surface but won't leave any protection.
WILL ODORS BE FULLY REMOVED?
Basic cleaning may remove some odors, but to entirely remove odors, we recommend our odor removal/sanitization add-on.
WHAT IF I HAVE MOLD, MILDEW, VOMIT, BLOOD, URINE, OR OTHER BODILY FLUIDS?
Mold, mildew, vomit, blood, urine, or other bodily fluids are deemed biohazards. We recommend our odor removal/sanitization add-on to safely remove biohazards, any odors and make the vehicle safe to occupy.
